Porch is designed to support you at every stage of your homeowner journey. In addition to offering easy access to enhanced inspection reports for many customers, Porch provides comprehensive tools for moving and managing your home effortlessly. With millions of homeowners served since 2013, Porch simplifies home management - from moving to improvement and everything in between.

How It Works:

1. The Porch app is currently available for the following home buyers:

   • Home buyers who have recently had a home inspection with an inspector partnered with Porch. If you've received an invitation to access your inspection report in the app, simply download the app and provide a few details about yourself and your move for a customized experience. In addition to managing your inspection report, you can use your inspection report data for various app features, such as creating a personalized home to-do list and tracking your appliances.
   • Borrowers referred to the app by their lender. Even if you don't have an inspection report yet, you can add it to the app later.

2. When you're ready to move, Porch can assist with various services:

   • You can book movers, a moving van, or opt for full-service local and long-distance moves.
   • Porch can research competitive home insurance rates and help you find the best TV and internet deals, among other aspects to plan your move.

3. Once you've settled into your new home, the Porch app provides additional free tools and services:

   • A handy moving checklist and valuable offers to make your transition smoother.
   • Instant booking of over 200 different types of home services for repairs or maintenance through the Porch Services handyman network.

The Porch app also offers a range of free services:

• Automatic connection with your inspection report to have essential home data readily available on your mobile device. (This feature is currently available for home buyers with an inspection report provided by a Porch partner inspector. Other users can quickly upload their inspection report to store it in the app.)
• Creation of a custom home to-do list based on data from your inspection report.
• Tracking of important appliance information.
• A personalized moving checklist to keep you organized.
• Direct booking of movers within the app.
• Effortless scheduling of repairs through the Porch Services handyman network.
• Convenient comparison of home insurance quotes.
• Help in finding other moving-related services.
• Access to welcome gifts and offers worth up to $500 (amount may vary based on location and available offers).
